Mix all ingredients in a bowl and dress with the vinegar to taste:

  • Spinach , rich in Vitamins A and C
  • 2 cups tomato (raw) rich in lycopene and folic acid
  • 1 small apple, rich in Vitamin B6.
  • 2 tablespoons avocado, rich in carotenoids
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 60 grams of tuna
  • 30 g of cheese 0% fat
  • 1 Kiwi ,rich in Vitamin C

Dressing: 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, salt and various peppers.
