How to Make Shahi Malai Boti: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless beef – 1/2 kg cut in cubes
  2. Papaya paste – 3 tbsp
  3. Yogurt – 4 tbsp
  4. Cream – 3 tbsp
  5. Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  6. Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
  7. Onion paste – 3 tbsp
  8. Salt – to taste
  9. Crushed black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  10. Green chili paste – 2 tbsp
  11. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  12. Oil – 2 tbsp
How to Make Afghani Malai Tikka in Urdu – English

Method:

  • Take a bowl, add beef cubes, papaya paste, turmeric powder, yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, salt, onion paste, green chili paste and black pepper, mix it well and leave for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
  • Give smoke of charcoal. Heat up grilled pan, skew on wooden skewers and cook in pan or BBQ.
  • Serve with mint sauce and fresh salad.
