Shahi Malai Boti
Ingredients for 1st marination:
- Chicken boneless – ½ kg (cut in cubes)
- Salt – to taste
- Vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Apply all above ingredients on chicken and leave for 1 hour.
Ingredients for 2nd marination:
- Cheese cream – 2 tbsp
- Yogurt – 3 tbsp (drained)
- Corn flour – 2 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Saffron – 1 pinch
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Egg – ½
- Fresh coriander chopped – 1 tbsp
- After the 1st marination has been done, then apply the 2nd marination and leave for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Then skew on skewers and bake in preheated oven on 250 degree for 8 minutes on each side, or BBQ or cook in pan then give charcoal smoke.
