How to Cook Brain Masala, English – Urdu Recipe


Spicy Brain Masala
Ingredients:
- Lamb brain – 4
- Onion – 5
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Tomatoes – 4
- Ginger flaks – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Green chillies, fresh coriander and lemon as required
Method:
Take a pan, put water and 1 tsp of turmeric powder and add brains and boil. Then throw out the water and drain the brains. Put oil in a wok, add onions, sauté, add ginger garlic paste and fry. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, a little bit of water and mix well. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften. Now add ginger flakes and salt and mix well. Then add the brains and cook well. Serve with green chillies, fresh coriander and lemon.

I made these yesterday and turned out very tasty!
