Beef Shami Kabab

Beef Shami Kabab
Shami Kabab Pulao: English Recipe
Ingredients:
- Beef Mince – 600 gm
- Chana dal – 200 gm
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Black peppercorns – 10
- Stick cinnamon – 1
- Red chilli whole – 6
- Bay leaves – 2
- Garlic – 8 cloves
- Ginger – 4 pieces
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Big cardamoms – 3
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Water – 4 cups
Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients for garnishing:
- Hung yogurt – 2 tbsp
- Fresh coriander – 1/4 bunch (chopped)
- Green chilli – 6 finely chopped
Method:
- Soak chana dal for at least 30 minutes.
- Add all above ingredients in a sauce pan and cook until beef mince and daal is tender and water dries.
- Let it cool for some time and then grind all the ingredients to a thick paste.
- Then add garnishing ingredients and mix it to combine well.
- Using your palm make the kebabs of any desired shape and size, generally flat round shape.
- Now dipping in egg fluid, shallow fry the kebabs from both sides till golden brown.
You can serve the kebabs with chutney and salad.
