Chicken Bhajia

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken mince – 250g
  2. Gram flour – 2 tbsp
  3. Eggs – 2
  4. Red crushed chilli – 1 Β½ tsp
  5. Fried ground dry coriander – 1 Β½ tsp
  6. Garlic paste – Β½ tsp
  7. Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
  8. Onion – 1 thinly chopped
  9. Green chillies – 6
  10. Baking powder – 1 tsp
  11. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
  12. Fried ground cumin seeds – Β½ tsp
  13. Semolina – 2 tbsp
  14. Chopped mint – 2 tbsp

Method:

  • In a bowl put chicken mince, all spices, gram flour, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander and egg, mix them well.
  • Heat up oil in wok and deep fry until golden and crispy.
  • Serve with mint sauce.
  • Add baking powder and egg when you want to fry straight way, other wise mix all spices and leave a side.
