How to Make Chatpata Paratha Roll in Urdu – English

Ingredients:-

  1. Chicken Breast – 1.5 LBS. (~ 700 GRAMS)
  2. Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 tsp each
  3. Yogurt – 4 tbsp
  4. Corn Starch – 1 tsp
  5. Salt – 1 tsp
  6. Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (NOT SPICY) – 1 tsp
  7. Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  8. Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
  9. Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  10. Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  11. Crushed Red Peppers – 1 tsp
  12. Turmeric – 1/2 tsp

Salad:-

  1. Onion – 1 Large Thinly Sliced
  2. Mint – 1 Large Handful Chopped
  3. Green peppers – 2 sliced
  • In a bowl put onion, mint, and peppers and mix well. Add 2 tsp of lime juice. Mix well.

Green Chutney:-

  1. Cilantro – 1 large handful
  2. Mint – 1/2 handful
  3. Jalapeño Peppers – 1 pepper sliced
  4. Serrano Peppers – 1 pepper sliced
  5. Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 tsp each
  6. Lemon Juice – 1/2 lemon juiced
  7. Yogurt – 4 tbsp
  8. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  9. Black Salt – 1 tsp
  10. Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  11. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • In a blender put all the ingredients and blend until finely grind. Take it out in bowl.

Keto Chicken Malai Boti Roll

Method:-

  • Preheat the pan on medium high heat. Add 3 tbsp oil and put in the chicken know add ginger & garlic paste add all the spices.
  • Add yogurt & corn starch and mix well. Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes turn the stove down on MEDIUM-LOW HEAT.
  • 10 minutes later open the lid and sauté it for until water are dried. Cooked until char. Add 2 tsp lime juice.
  • Give smoke of charcoal.

Assembly for Chicken Boti Paratha Rolls:

  • Take paratha put chicken according to your taste then add kachumber.
  • Then add green chutney roll the paratha wrap with parchment paper (IF YOU DON’T HAVE PARCHMENT PAPER YOU CAN USE COCKTAIL TOOTHPICK TO HOLD THE PARATHA ROLL).
  • Do with the rest of the paratha’s and enjoy.
