Chicken Shashlik
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken β 1kg cut in cubes
- Ginger paste β 1 tsp
- Garlic paste β 1 tsp
- Soya sauce β 1 tbsp
- White vinegar β 1 tbsp
- Sugar β 1 tsp
- Salt β to taste
- Red crushed chili β Β½ tbsp.
- Oil β 2 tbsp
Method:
Apply all above ingredients in chicken and leave for half an hour. Then cook in sauce pan from both sides and put in a pan.
Vegetables for shashlik:
- Tomato β 3 remove pulp, save for sauce and cut in cubes
- Capsicum β 3 remove seeds and cut in cubes
- Onion β 3 cut in cubes
- Soya sauce β 1 tbsp
- Sugar β Β½ tsp
- Black pepper β Β½ tsp
- White vinegar β 1 tbsp
- Oil β 1 tsp
Method:
Take a pan, add oil and fry vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes along with soya sauce, black pepper and vinegar. Then add these vegetables in cooked chicken cubes.
Shashlik sauce:
- Tomato pulp β
- Red chili powder β 1 tsp
- Salt β to taste
- Soya sauce β 1 tsp
- White vinegar β 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce β 2 tbsp
Method:
Take a pan, add tomato pulp, red chili, salt, soya sauce, vinegar and tomato sauce, cook until it turns into a thick sauce.
Fry boiled rice in 3 cloves of garlic and serve with shashlik.
Serving suggestion:
Take a serving dish, place boiled rice in corners, in middle place prepared shahslik and serve with sauce.
