Chicken Shashlik
Ingredients:

  1. Boneless chicken – 1kg cut in cubes
  2. Ginger paste – 1 tsp
  3. Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  4. Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
  5. White vinegar – 1 tbsp
  6. Sugar – 1 tsp
  7. Salt – to taste
  8. Red crushed chili – Β½ tbsp.
  9. Oil – 2 tbsp

Method:

Apply all above ingredients in chicken and leave for half an hour. Then cook in sauce pan from both sides and put in a pan.

Vegetables for shashlik:

  1. Tomato – 3 remove pulp, save for sauce and cut in cubes
  2. Capsicum – 3 remove seeds and cut in cubes
  3. Onion – 3 cut in cubes
  4. Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
  5. Sugar – Β½ tsp
  6. Black pepper – Β½ tsp
  7. White vinegar – 1 tbsp
  8. Oil – 1 tsp

Method:

Take a pan, add oil and fry vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes along with soya sauce, black pepper and vinegar. Then add these vegetables in cooked chicken cubes.

Shashlik sauce:

  1. Tomato pulp –
  2. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  3. Salt – to taste
  4. Soya sauce – 1 tsp
  5. White vinegar – 1 tbsp
  6. Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp

Method:

Take a pan, add tomato pulp, red chili, salt, soya sauce, vinegar and tomato sauce, cook until it turns into a thick sauce.
Fry boiled rice in 3 cloves of garlic and serve with shashlik.

Serving suggestion:

Take a serving dish, place boiled rice in corners, in middle place prepared shahslik and serve with sauce.
