Italian Tiramisu
Ingredients:
- Sponge cake 1 or sponge fingers – 24
- Coffee syrup – ¾ cup (2 tbsp icing sugar and 1 tbsp coffee mix in ¾ cup of water)
- Cream cheese – 1 cup
- Curd cheese – 1 cup (hang ½ kg yogurt in muslin cloth for ½ an hour)
- Icing sugar – 1 cup
- Fresh cream – 1 ½ cup (beaten with 1 tbsp of sugar)
Method:
- Beat both cheeses with icing sugar.
- Add beaten cream in this mixture and beat another 3 seconds.
- Cut the cake in 2 parts.
- Spread 1 layer of sponge cake or sponge fingers in serving dish, moist with coffee syrup and spread cheese mixture, then cover second layer of sponge cake, moist with remaining coffee syrup.
- Now top the layer of remaining cheese and cream mixture.
- Chill for 1 hour. Decorate with coco powder, fresh cream and grated chocolate.

I do not exaggerate if I say that my mouth has water with this photo, it also reminded me of the trip to Italy that I made this summer, which was the last time I ate tiramisu, and oh! I was dead !!! : D
