EASY CHICKEN FRY RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:-
- Chicken🐔 – 3/4 Kg (750 GRAM) (1.653 LBS.) (WASHED AND DRIED, واشد/دھولا ہوا اور سوکھا ہوا)
- Lemon – 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1
- Chickpea Flour (BESAN) – 2 tbsp
- Papaya Paste – 1 tbsp
- Green Chiles – 3-4
- Corn Flour – 3 tbsp
- Oil🛢 – 1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves – TO Taste
- Garden Mint – TO Taste
Crispy Fried Chicken Burger
WHOLE SPICES:-
- Cinnamon – 2-3 Pieces
- Black Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
- Allspice (KABAB CHENI) – 10-15
- Black Cardamom – 2 (SEEDS ONLY, صرف بیج)
- Black Pepper – Few Pepper
- Green Cardamom – 8-10
- Mace (جاوتری) – 1 Small Piece
- Cloves (لونگ) – 3
- Star Anis (بادیان کے پھول) – ½
MASALA POWDER:-
- Red Chili Powder – 1½ tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – ½ tbsp
- Cumin Seeds Powder – 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 full tbsp
- Chat Masala – 1 tbsp
- Salt🧂 (نمک) – TO Taste
- Black Pepper – ½ tsp
- Red Food Color – ½ tsp
Chicken Malai Boti in Air fryer
INSTRUCTIONS:-
- Take a coffee grinder and grind. Add whole spices, some coriander leaves, some garden mint, green chili, ginger & garlic paste instead of water. Add 1 lemon juice grind finely.
- Take a bowl and add a chicken. Add the spices that you just grinded. Add salt, papaya paste mix together. Now add all the spices, including the juice of lemon mix, and then add chickpea flour (BESAN), add corn flour, and mix well. Now add oil🛢.
- Marinate it for ½ hour. You can marinate it for 2 to 24 hours.
- Take a wok and add oil🛢 and turn the flame on to HIGH-HEATand pre heat the oil🛢.
- Now fry one by one piece by piece chicken in oil🛢. Fry this on HIGH-HEAT. Then turn the flame into LOW-HEAT. Fry for 1-2 minutes. 2 Minutes Later turn the chicken🐔 fey for 2-3 minutes total cook time 6-7. Take it out paper towel.
- Turn the flame on to HIGH-HEAT, add the second batch, and cook it the same way as the first batch.
- Do the same with a reminder of chicken🐔 until all of them 🐔 are cooked.
SERVING:-
You can serve this with Rita, Salad, OR. You can sprinkle with Chat Masala and squeeze lemon on top.
