Galawat ke Kabab Recipe

Galawat ke Kabab Recipe
Ingredients:
- Beef mince – 1/2 kg
- Fried and crushed cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Roasted and ground Chana – 3 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Ginger – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Raw papaya paste – 1 tsp
- Yogurt – 2 tbsp
- Desicated coconut – 1 tbsp
- Poppy seeds – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Take a bowl, add mince, cumin seeds, chana, red chili, ginger, salt, papaya, yogurt, coconut and poppy seeds, mix and grind well. Leave for half an hour.
- Now make round kebab shapes and shallow fry on medium heat from both sides.
