Garlic Butter Chicken Recipe

Chicken never fails, and although many diners are reluctant to breast, you can be sure that this preparation is juicy and aromatic enough with the butter, garlic and rich herbs. However, if you prefer, you can use the part of the chicken of your choice. The ideal of this dish is to serve it with companions that also harmonize with you. Some rustic baked potatoes, sautéed vegetables or white rice, could be the ideal side dish. A green salad with cherry tomatoes would also be great.

Chicken Skewers Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts – 2 cut into bite sized pieces
- Salt – 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Garlic powder and Parsley – 1 tsp
- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp
- Plain flour – 2 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Garlic cloves – 4 minced
- Chicken cube – 1/2
- Water – 1/4 cup
- Fresh parsley chopped – as required
For serving suggestion:
- Any kind of stir fried vegetables, boiled rice or salad.
Cilantro Lime Rice Recipe
Method:
- Place chicken in a medium bowl and toss with salt, parsley garlic powder, pepper, lemon juice, garlic paste and plain flour.
- In a large skillet, heat up olive oil and cook the chicken until all sides are golden brown, being careful not to burn.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, increase heat to medium high,
then add stir fried veggies and fry with salt and pepper. - Remove the veggies from the pan and set aside.
- Now melt the butter in the same skillet along with minced garlic, stir fry and add chicken cube and water. Cook until the water dries.
- Add the chicken back to the pan and stir for another minute to reheat. Garnish the chicken with fresh parsley and serve with fried veggies.
