Today’s bread recipe is very easy and does not require an oven to prepare it. A flatbread without crumbs, very light and perfect to accompany with hummus, tahini sauce with falafel or stuffed with your favourite ingredients, such as our delicious beef kebab or the original chicken kebab.

Chickpea Falafel Recipe
Ingredients for homemade pita:
- Plain flour – 190 gm
- Fine semolina – 125 gm
- Yeast – 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar – 1/2 tsp
- Warm water – 3/4 cup
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Coconut Flour Garlic Naan
Method:
- Mix all, make dough with warm water, leave for 30 minutes and make pita bread in frying pan or oven.
- You can cook them half way and freeze.
