Chinese Dry Beef Chilli Recipe
Ingredients:
- Beef undercut – 750 gm (cut in stripes)
- Eggs – 3
- Flour – 1 cup
- Garlic – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 5 tbsp
- Green chillies – 6 large (cut in length)
- Green capsicum – 1/2 sliced
- Soy sauce – 5 tbsp
- Onion – 1 large (thick slices)
- Spring onion – 2 cups (green parts only cut in length)
- Salt – 2 tsp or to taste
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp (dissolve in ½ cup water)
- Oil – for frying
- Sliced ginger – 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce – 1/3 cup
- Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Chinese Dry Beef Chilli Recipe
Method:
- In a bowl, add flour, eggs, 1 tbsp garlic and 1 tsp salt, mix well. Now add beef slices and 1 1/2 cup of water, mix well.
- Then deep fry in oil for 5 to 6 minutes. Take it out from the oil and set aside.
- In a separate pan heat up 5 tbsp oil, add 1 tbsp garlic and fry for a little.
- Then add fried beef, sliced onion, green chillies, spring onion, capsicum, oyster sauce, soya sauce, ginger flakes, and 1/2 cup of water, mix and fry for a minute.
- Then add 2 tbsp corn flour mixture and stir fry for 1 more minute on high flame.
- Remove, sprinkle sesame seeds and serve with boiled rice.
