How to Make BBQ Raita
Raita is an Asian cuisine made with yogurt and used as a sauce or dip. The yogurt may be seasoned with coriander (cilantro), cumin, mint, cayenne pepper, and other herbs and spices.
How to Make BBQ Raita
Coconut Flour Garlic Naan
Ingredients:
- yogurt – 250gm whipped
- garlic paste – ½ tsp
- cumin seeds, roasted and crushed – 1tsp
- salt – ¼ tsp
- black pepper – ½ tsp
- sugar – ½ tsp
- charcoal – 1
Banarsi Pulao Recipe
Method:
- Mix yogurt, garlic paste, cumin seeds, salt, black pepper and sugar in a bowl. Then give charcoal smoke in serving bowl and pour yogurt mixture in smoked bowl.
- Finally garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve with any kind of biryani or simple pulao rice.
