Chatpati Beef Boti: English – Urdu Recipe
Chatpati Beef Boti
Try this Chatpati Beef Boti at home; it will give you same taste as which you are going out for BBQ food.
Ingredients:
- Beef undercut – 1/2 kg
- Green chilies ground – 2 tbsp
- Papaya paste – 3 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Tamarind paste – 3 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Chilli garlic sauce – 3 tbsp
- Corn flour – 3 tbsp
- Lemon (juice) – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Firstly, cut beef undercut cubes.
- Take a bowl, add green chili paste, papaya paste, ginger garlic, crushed red chili, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, tamarind paste and salt, mix well.
- Then add corn flour and chili sauce and leave for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Now skew on skewers and BBQ or fry on grill pan until golden. During cooking, squeeze lemon juice, when half done, apply oil with brush.
- Finally apply remaining marination on beef boti, cook for 4 to 5 seconds and serve with chapatti or with paratha and onion rings and tomato slices.




Excellent recipe. I’ll try it with cubed chicken breast.
