Chinese Mince Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  1. Mince – ½ kg
  2. Boiled rice – ½ kg
  3. Spring onion – 250g (green part)
  4. Boiled eggs – 4
  5. Carrot – 1 chopped
  6. Capsicum – 1 cup chopped
  7. Cabbage – 1 cup chopped
  8. Oil – ½ cup
  9. Red crushed chilli – 1 tsp
  10. Chopped garlic – 1 tbsp
  11. Black pepper – 2 tsp
  12. Salt – ½ tsp or to taste
  13. Soya sauce – 4 tbsp

Method:

  • In cooking pan, heat ½ cup oil and add chopped garlic, fry until light pink.
  • Then add mince and fry for 2 seconds, now add red chilli, black pepper and salt, mix well cover and let it cook.
  • When mince done, fry well. Then add vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Then add boiled rice and Soya sauce mix well.
  • Now add spring onion, cover and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes on steam.
  • Serve with boiled eggs.
