Chinese Mince Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- Mince – ½ kg
- Boiled rice – ½ kg
- Spring onion – 250g (green part)
- Boiled eggs – 4
- Carrot – 1 chopped
- Capsicum – 1 cup chopped
- Cabbage – 1 cup chopped
- Oil – ½ cup
- Red crushed chilli – 1 tsp
- Chopped garlic – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper – 2 tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp or to taste
- Soya sauce – 4 tbsp
Method:
- In cooking pan, heat ½ cup oil and add chopped garlic, fry until light pink.
- Then add mince and fry for 2 seconds, now add red chilli, black pepper and salt, mix well cover and let it cook.
- When mince done, fry well. Then add vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add boiled rice and Soya sauce mix well.
- Now add spring onion, cover and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes on steam.
- Serve with boiled eggs.
