Easy Khoya Recipe
You can find mava (khoya) easily in Pakistan and India. But in foreign countries very hard to find, reason we can not cook many sweets and desserts without mava (khoya). Try this Easy khoya Recipe and make whatever you want.
Ingredients:
- Dry milk powder – 1 kg
- Ghee – ½ kg
- Water – 3 cup
Method:
- Take a wok, add ghee and water, heat it up until water starts boiling.
- Then add dry milk powder and mix it well.
- Mava (khoya) is ready to use.
- If you like to freeze mava (khoya), sprinkle some sugar on mava (khoya) and freeze it.
- With this mava (khoya) you can make gulab jamon, barfi and kalaqand as well.

This recipes of khoya sounds good but i dont get the portion where u say till it evaporates … could u specify it accurately about the water & ghee procedure..PLEASE ,,Very much eager to make this khoya..

if we dnt have ghee what else product we can use in place ov ghee????
then add fresh cream and cook in microwave or in a pan.
v bad actually i m in maldives due to job posting..here milk products are v few..v can find only powder milk..so i think not posible for me cos cream also not available…

may i use the cotton chesse mean the chesse which we r making by heating milk and adding citric acid..by curdling milk and then seperation ov curdle from whey??? coz ths wht i made some days bfre..
