How to Make Dahi Batata Puri in Urdu – English
Dahi Batata Puri
Dahi batata puri, this is an Indian snack. It is served with gol gappay, which are more popularly recognized from the dish pani puri.
Ingredients:
- Gol Gappay – 12 to 15
- Boiled chickpeas, moong dal or peas – as required
- Boiled potato – as required
- Meethi chutney – ¼ cup
- Mint chutney – ¼ cup
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
- Chat masala – 1 tsp
- Sev – as required
- Yogurt – 2 cups
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
Take a bowl add sugar, salt and yogurt, mix well.
Method:
Take a serving dish, place gol gappay, add chickpeas, moong dal or peas, then boiled potato, then yogurt mixture, then mint chutney, then meethi chutney, then chat masala and on top sprinkle sev and serve.



This is SO yummy! Me and my kids really enjoyed it, I tried the recipe, it was super fabulous.
