Green Tea for Weight Loss by Dr Khurram
Green Tea for Weight Loss:
Heat up 8 glasses of water. When it begins to boil, add 6 tsp of green tea and let it simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. When 6 glasses of the water remains, add:
- A stick of cinnamon
- 1 green cardamom
- 1 small stick licorice or 1 tsp of powder
- A pinch kalonji
- 1 clove
- Ginger and garlic 1 piece each.
- When it begins to boil again, add a few mint leaves and store it in a thermos.
- Sprinkle a few drops of lemon and brown sugar before drinking. Drink 6 to 8 cups daily.

Is the cinnamon so exiting for blood (sangre)? We put it in many foods.
I would like to make a correction here. Cinnamon is good for lowering the blood pressure. Patients with High blood pressure can take cinnamon. You can get lots of articles on internet on benefits of cinnamon.

store this recipe in fridge for 3 to 4 days, and yes you can heat it but not more then 2 times, better to take out 1 cup from whole mixture and heat it up.
i cant drink it hot, so i take it as cold so would it give me the same result as a hot green tea gives! n how many days should i use this?
its good if you take it hot, but if you cant, then use warm or room temperature.

better use little pieces, then enhance the falvour in tea.
