Egg and Chicken Salad Sandwich
Ingredients:
- Bread slices – 6 toasted in grilled pan
- Boiled eggs – 2 chopped finely
- Garlic – 1 tbsp chopped
- Cucumber – 1 sliced
- Tomato ketchup – ½ cup
- Mayonnaise – 1 cup
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Cream – 2 tbsp

Method:
- In a bowl add boiled egg, garlic, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and cream, mix well.
- Then apply tomato ketchup on 1 slice, and egg mayo mixture on other slice, place cucumber slices and lettuce leaves.
- Join both slices and cut in middle. Yummy and easy sandwich ready, kids will love these sandwiches.
