Lachha Paratha
Multi Layered Paratha: The most delicious breakfast bread I’ve ever made!
Ingredients:
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
- Sugar – 1/2 tbsp
- Flour – 500 gm
- Oil – as required
Keto Chilli Garlic Paratha
Method:
- Add milk, water, salt and sugar. Mix well.
- Add flour and make soft dough. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6 to 7 portions and make round balls. Apply oil and give rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll each ball very thin with the help of oil. Apply oil, stretch and give ribbon shape to the dough, then and fold it into a circle, as shown in the video tutorial.
- When everything is done, give them a 10 minutes rest.
- Flatten the dough with light hands.
- Fry on medium hot skillet from both sides until it is crispy and light golden brown.
