How to Make Quick Shahi Tukray
This is the tasty bread pudding, known as Shahi Tukray, normally cooked on pan and take some time to thicken the milk, but try this quick shahi tukray rescipe and enjoy the taste of delicious desserts.
- Bread slices – 4
- Milk – ½ liter
- Sugar – 6 tbsp
- Saffron – 1 pinch
- Melted butter – as required
- Almond, pistachio – 2 tbsp fried
- Khoya (mava) – ½ cup
Remove crust and cut the slices into triangles. Apply melted butter on bread pieces heat up in microwave till golden brown from both sides.
Now take a bowl, add milk, sugar, khoya and saffron, mix well. Cook in microwave for 10 minutes. Then pour milk in serving dish, arrange bread slices, then kewra and fried nuts. Heat up for 2 more minutes in microwave. In few minutes Quick shahi tukray is ready. Serve hot or cold.
