Try this delicious pasta with vegetables, chicken and touch of spice at lunch for children.
Pasta Rasta
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast – 1 cut in julienne
- Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Worcester sauce – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Tomato – 1 julienne
- Capsicum -1 julienne
- Onion – 1 julienne
- Mushrooms – 4 to 5 slices
- Boiled pasta – 2 cups
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinade chicken with ketchup, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, garlic paste, Worcester sauce and 2 tbsp oil.
- Mix and leave for 10 minutes.
- Then add 2 tbsp butter and cook marinated chicken until done.
- Then add capsicum, onion, tomato, salt, black pepper, Soya sauce 1 tbsp and toss well.
- Then add sauce and cook on high flame for 1 minutes.
- Then add boiled pasta, fold and serve this yummy pasta.
Ingredients for Sauce
- Chicken stock – 1 ½ cup
- Corn flour – 1 tsp dissolves
- Soya sauce – 1 ½ tbsp
- Tomato ketchup – 3 tbsp
Method:
- In pan, add stock, soya sauce, 3 tbsp ketchup and cook until done, then add corn flour mixture and cook until little thicken.
