Try this delicious pasta with vegetables, chicken and touch of spice at lunch for children.

Pasta Rasta

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken breast – 1 cut in julienne
  2. Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
  3. Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
  4. Black pepper – ½ tsp
  5. Salt – ½ tsp
  6. Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  7. Worcester sauce – 1 tbsp
  8. Oil – 2 tbsp
  9. Tomato – 1 julienne
  10. Capsicum -1 julienne
  11. Onion – 1 julienne
  12. Mushrooms – 4 to 5 slices
  13. Boiled pasta – 2 cups
  14. Butter – 2 tbsp
  15. Soya sauce – 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Marinade chicken with ketchup, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, garlic paste, Worcester sauce and 2 tbsp oil.
  • Mix and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Then add 2 tbsp butter and cook marinated chicken until done.
  • Then add capsicum, onion, tomato, salt, black pepper, Soya sauce 1 tbsp and toss well.
  • Then add sauce and cook on high flame for 1 minutes.
  • Then add boiled pasta, fold and serve this yummy pasta.

Ingredients for Sauce

  1. Chicken stock – 1 ½ cup
  2. Corn flour – 1 tsp dissolves
  3. Soya sauce – 1 ½ tbsp
  4. Tomato ketchup – 3 tbsp

Method:

  • In pan, add stock, soya sauce, 3 tbsp ketchup and cook until done, then add corn flour mixture and cook until little thicken.
