Ingredients:
- Lamb chops- 2 piece
- Baked Fish – 1 piece
- Cooked tandoori chicken – 1 piece
- Cooked chicken tikka – 3 pieces
- Cooked lamb tikka – 3 pieces
- Tandoori king prawn – 2
- Skewer seekh kebab – 2
- Sliced onion – 1
- Lemon – 1
Method:
1.Cook the various meats as per their recipes
2.Meanwhile fry the onion in 3tbsp of vegetable oil very slowly until golden.
3. Heat up hot plate on cooker.
4. Put the hot plate back in its wooden holder and arrange the onion on the serving plate then the meats on top of the onion
5.Sprinkle the lemon juice for the sizzle and serve.
