Dhuli Moong Ki Daal Ke Pakoray

Ingredients:

  1. Dhuli Moong daal (split yellow gram) – 1 cup
  2. Onion – 2
  3. Green coriander – 2 tbsp
  4. Green chillies – 4 to 5
  5. Mint – 2 tbsp
  6. Salt – ½ tsp
  7. Dry coriander (ground) – ½ tsp
  8. Cumin seeds (fried and ground) – 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Method: 

  • Soak daal for 6 hours, and then wash.
  • Now put in grinder and make a past along with onion, chopped green chillies, fresh coriander, salt, red chilli, dry coriander, cumin seeds and mint leaves.
  • Mix all ingredients and deep fry in hot oil till golden and crispy.
  • Serve with mint sauce.
