Dhuli Moong Ki Daal Ke Pakoray
Ingredients:
- Dhuli Moong daal (split yellow gram) – 1 cup
- Onion – 2
- Green coriander – 2 tbsp
- Green chillies – 4 to 5
- Mint – 2 tbsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Dry coriander (ground) – ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds (fried and ground) – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Method:
- Soak daal for 6 hours, and then wash.
- Now put in grinder and make a past along with onion, chopped green chillies, fresh coriander, salt, red chilli, dry coriander, cumin seeds and mint leaves.
- Mix all ingredients and deep fry in hot oil till golden and crispy.
- Serve with mint sauce.
