Kaleji is the most favourite part of the meat and its ready in 10 to 15 minutes. That is why on Eid ul Azha when qurbani is done, while making lunch, we ask for kaleji, because it is a quick and easy dish that can be made while the rest of the meat is being prepared. Kaleji Masala Easy Recipe
Garlic Naan Recipe
Ingredients:
- Liver (Kaleji) – 1/2 kg
- Yogurt – 1/3 cup
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Crushed coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Oil – 1/4 cup
- Onion – 1 sliced
- Chopped garlic – 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes – 2 chopped
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Dry Fenugreek leaves – 1 tbsp
- Green chili – 2
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
Keto Chilli Garlic Paratha
Method:
- Wash kaleji and cut in small pieces. Add yogurt, turmeric, crushed coriander seeds, cumin powder, chilli flakes, red chilli powder, salt and ginger garlic paste. Mix and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Then take a wok, heat up oil and fry onion and chopped garlic until they turn light golden.
- Then add chopped tomatoes and fry well. Add marinated kaleji and cook until it is done, along with some water.
- Add fresh coriander and fenugreek leaves. Fry well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and green chili, and serve.
