  1. Cold milk – 1 cup
  2. Creamy Natural Peanut Butter – 1/4 cup
  3. Vanilla frozen yogurt – 1 cup
  4. Light whipped topping (optional)
  5. Chopped roasted peanuts (optional)


  • Place milk and peanut butter in blender container.
  • Cover and blend until smooth.
  • Add frozen yogurt.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Top with whipped topping and chopped peanuts, if desired.


BANANA PEANUT BUTTER SHAKES: Prepare recipe as directed above, adding a sliced banana to the blender container with the peanut butter.
