How to Make Dhuwan Dahi Gosht in Urdu – English
Ingredients to Make Smoky Chicken:
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Onion – 1 big
- Oil – 1/4 cup
- Salt- to taste
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Chilli flakes – 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- Paprika powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Blended tomatoes – 2
- Kasoori methi – 1 tsp
For garnishing:
Keto Chicken Tajine
- Charcoal – 1
- Yogurt – 3/4 cup
- Chopped green chili – 8 to 10
- Onion – 2 cut in rings
- Chopped mint – 1 bunch
- Fresh coriander – 1/4 cup
Method:
- Heat up oil and fry onion until golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and chicken. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli flakes, red chili powder, paprika and turmeric powder, mix and add blended tomatoes. Fry well.
- Cover and cook until chicken is tender and water dries.
- Now add kasoori methi, green chillies, fresh coriander, mint, onion rings, yogurt and fresh corainder.
- Then on top, place burning charcoal, pour few drops oil, cover for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve with hot with plain naan.
