Chicken Boti Paratha Rolls
Ingredients:-
- Chicken Breast Pieces – 500 gm (YOU CAN USE BONELESS CHICKEN THIGHS TOO
- Cream – tbsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Oil – tbsp
- Breads Slices – 10 (TAKE THE CRUST OFF)
- Eggs – 2 Large
- Breads Crumbs – 1 1/2 cups
- Charcoal – 1 piece
MARINATION SPICES:
Keto Chicken Bread Recipe
- Yogurt – 2 tbsp
- Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
- Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Green Chili Paste – 2 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
SPICES FOR MARINATION:
- Chicken🐔 Powder – 1 tsp
- Dry Fenugreek – 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS:-
- Take a bowl add chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, salt, chicken Powder, dry Fenugreek, chaat Masala , black Pepper, garam Masala, cream and lemon juice, mix well.
If you want marinate for 24 hrs (YOU CAN MARINATE IT FOR 1-2 HOURS TOO OR YOU CAN COOK IT RIGHT AWAY. - Take a pan, heat up the oil add chicken breast and cover it with lid and turn the flame to MEDIUM LOW-HEAT.
Cook for 12 minutes. 8 Minutes Later, open the lid stir and cook uncover.
Turn the flame to LOW-HEAT put piece foil in the center add charcoal then, add few drops of oil and closed the lid and leave for 30-40 seconds.40 Seconds Later open the lid remove the charcoal.
Dish out the chicken. - Take the breads slices (TAKE THE CRUST OFF, take 2 slices of breads and roll it with rolling pin.
Then take the biggest cookie cutter and cut the breads.
Do the same with the rest of the breads slices.
In a separate plate add eggs and beat the eggs.
Take another plate add breads crumbs, take bread slices dip into eggs mixture then put in the breads crumbs. - Heat up oil in pan. Once the oil gets preheated, add breads slices, cook until golden brown from both sides remove from the oil, do the same with all of the bread slices.
- Take the charcoal (کوئلہ) put it on a stove and turn the flame on.
INSTRUCTIONS:-
- Take a breads cut from the middle add thick raita,salad leaves, chopped tomatoes and malai chicken🐔 boti.
FOR KIDS RECIPE:-
- You can make it with shredded chicken, mayonnaise, and shredded cheese.
THICK RAITA (گاڑھا رائيتہ):-
- Yogurt, Red Chili Powder, Black Pepper, garlic paste and crushed Red Pepper.
- Beat the yogurt with your hands and all the spices.
- Everything is according to your taste.
- Don’t add water💦.
TIPS:-
The reason I took 2 eggs so we can seal the edges and the reason we took 1.5 cups of breads crumbs so the breads won’t fall apart.
