Phool Gobi aur Methi Ki Sabzi in Urdu – English


  1. Plain flour – 3 cup
  2. Salt – 1 tsp
  3. Sugar – 1tsp
  4. Instant yeast – 1 tbsp
  5. Oil – 4 tbsp
  6. Fenugreek leaves – 1 tbsp
  7. Egg – 1


  • Mix flour, salt, sugar, oil, egg and yeast with water and make a nice dough, leave it for at least 1 hours.
  • Then make medium size balls and again leave them for few minutes. Turn the oven on, on full temperature.
  • Now roll them about half a inch and put on greased pan, prick with fork or finger tips and apply a little bit of water and put them in oven and bake until done.
  • If you don’t have an oven, you can make in frying pan. Take a pan, heat it up on medium heat then put naan, sprinkle some water and cover and cook on low heat.
  • When 1 side done, turn on and cook (don’t sprinkle water then).
