Mint and Tamarind Sauce
Ingredients:
- Tamarind pulp – 1 cup
- Gurr – ½ cup
- Mint – ½ bunches
- Garlic cloves – 10
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Fresh red chillies or green chillies – 10 to 12
Method:
- Take a pan, cook gurr and tamarind pulp. Grind garlic, green or red chillies, mint and salt, make a paste and add in tamarind mixture.
- Sauce is ready.
- Serve with chapli kebabs.
