Tamatar aur Imli ki Chutney
Ingredients:
- Tomato – 4
- Tamarind pulp – 1 cup
- Talhaar chilli paste – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Fried cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
- Fried ground dry coriander – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Add tomatoes in boiling water, remove skin and fine chop.
- Then add chopped tomatoes in a pan, add tamarind pulp, talhaar chilli paste, sugar, salt, red chilli powder, dry coriander and some water.
- Cook well until mixture turns into thick form.
- Let it cool down, and then blend well.
- Spicy and yummy chutney is ready.
