Mix Vegetables in Pitta Bread
Ingredients:
Capsicum green – 1 cut in julienne
Egg plant – 1
Mushrooms – ½ cup
Cucumber – 1
Sweet corns – ¼ cup
Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
Freshly crushed black pepper – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 4
Lettuce leaves – 4 to 5
Chopped ginger garlic – 1 tbsp
Red crushed chilli – 1 tbsp
Olive oil – 2 to 3 tsp
Salt – to taste
Pitta bread – 4
Method:
Take a pan, put olive oil, heat it up and add ginger garlic, sauté. Then add all mix vegetables and fry for 2 minutes. Then add Soya sauce, black pepper, green chilli, red crushed chilli and salt. Stir fry on high heat until all done. Then remove from heat and let them cool down. Then fill in warm pitta bread with salad. If you like you can add any kind of sauce, like mayonnaise, tahini paste, mustard paste or thousand island sauce.
Note:
You can add any vegetables, whichever you like.
