How to Cook Dum Ka Keema: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Plain flour – 250 gm
- Semolina – 250 gm
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Instant Yeast – 1/4 tsp
- Warm milk – 170 ml
- Warm water – 160 ml or as required

Method:
- In a bowl, add plain flour, semolina, sugar, salt and yeast, mix it well.
- Then make dough with milk and if you need it, add some water to form a smooth dough.
- Give it a rest for half an hour.
- Then divide it into 6 to 7 balls. Cover with cling film and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Now make a thin sheet with the help of oil, sprinkle semolina, and fold in half.
- Apply oil and fold it again, apply oil on folded dough and fold it again like puff pastry dough, set aside.
- Prepare all balls as it is and give them some rest.
- Now flatten prepared sheets with the help of oil and hands in square shapes. Cook on medium hot skillet from both sides until crispy with some oil.
- Serve these flaky and crispy parathas with chicken tikka chunks or keema.
