Mother’s Day Special Cake in Urdu – English

Ingredients for Sponge:

1. Eggs – 4
2. Castor Sugar – 100 gram
3. Flour – 100 gram
4. Baking powder – 1 tsp
5. Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp

Method:

• Beat eggs and Castor sugar until becomes cream. Strain flour and backing powder.
• Now mix strain flour and mixture of eggs and add vanilla essence.
• Put them into 8 inch square or round cake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes on 180 degrees centigrade.
• Take out from oven and keep it for cool and cut into 2 portion.

Ingredients for Icing:

1. Cream – 3 packets
2. Icing sugar – 1/2 cup
3. Fresh strawberries – 1 kg
4. Sugar syrup – as required

Method for Icing:

• Beat cream and icing sugar and beat till it becomes thick.
• Cut strawberries. Moist the cake with sugar syrup, then put strawberries on top and cover with cream.
• Then put second portion and cover with cream. Decorate it with cream and strawberries. Freeze the cake and serve it.
