Ingredients:
How to Cook Lazeez Karahi Gosht in Urdu – English
- Lamb/Mutton – 1 kg
- Oil – 1/3 cup
- Onion – 1 (paste)
- Medium size tomatoes- 3
- Whole green chillies- 3 to 4
- Garlic ginger paste – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Chili flakes – 1 tsp
- Degi mirch – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Crushed cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Dry coriander crushed – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp (to taste)
- Ksoori methi – 1 tsp
- Green Capsicum – 1
- Green chilies – 2 sliced
- Tomato – 1 (seedless)
- Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp
- Ginger flaks – 1 tbsp
Keto Butter Chicken Curry
Method:
- Heat up oil in a wok, fry mutton until it changes color.
- Add onion paste and garlic ginger paste. Fry for 1 minutes.
- Add roughly chopped tomatoes and salt, cover and cook until tomatoes become soften. Discard tomato skin.
- Add Red chilli powder, Chili flakes, Degi mirch, Turmeric powder, Crushed cumin seeds, Dry coriander crushed, fry well until water dries.
- Then add kasoori methi, capsicum, green chillies, tomato.
- Lower heat and cover pot and let cook on low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and ginger flaks, serve with tawa naan.
