Today I am going to share you the recipe of mutton karahi at home with very simple and quick method.

Ingredients:

How to Cook Lazeez Karahi Gosht in Urdu – English

  1. Lamb/Mutton – 1 kg
  2. Oil – 1/3 cup
  3. Onion – 1 (paste)
  4. Medium size tomatoes- 3
  5. Whole green chillies- 3 to 4
  6. Garlic ginger paste – 1 tbsp
  7. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  8. Chili flakes – 1 tsp
  9. Degi mirch – 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  11. Crushed cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  12. Dry coriander crushed – 1 tsp
  13. Salt – 1 tsp (to taste)
  14. Ksoori methi – 1 tsp
  15. Green Capsicum – 1
  16. Green chilies – 2 sliced
  17. Tomato – 1 (seedless)
  18. Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp
  19. Ginger flaks – 1 tbsp

Keto Butter Chicken Curry

Method:

  • Heat up oil in a wok, fry mutton until it changes color.
  • Add onion paste and garlic ginger paste. Fry for 1 minutes.
  • Add roughly chopped tomatoes and salt, cover and cook until tomatoes become soften. Discard tomato skin.
  • Add Red chilli powder, Chili flakes, Degi mirch, Turmeric powder, Crushed cumin seeds, Dry coriander crushed, fry well until water dries.
  • Then add kasoori methi, capsicum, green chillies, tomato.
  • Lower heat and cover pot and let cook on low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and ginger flaks, serve with tawa naan.
