Spicy Chicken Seekh Kebab

Today I made spicy chicken seekh kebabs. To make the seekh kebabs we need some coriander, garlic, some onion, ginger and green chillies.
This recipe for chicken seekh kebab with coriander and mint sauce aims to be the version that takes away the craving for kebab at home, without giving up the flavor of the spices and the sauce that usually accompanies them.

The key is to marinate chicken mince with a mixture of spices that give it a very exotic flavor. You can use beef or lamb mince according to your desire and availability.
These kebabs are healthy and low in cholesterol because I baked these kebabs in the oven instead of frying in oil. I did not add eggs or breadcrumbs, as this will make our kebabs dry and hard. This way the kebabs will stay soft.
