Natural Remedies for Hyperpigmentation

Mint:

Mint leaves are soothing and healing properties that can help your skin. Just crush fresh mint leaves into a paste. You can add a little milk to soften the paste as desired. Apply to dark areas of the skin for 20 minutes, rinse and dry the area.

Aloe Vera:

Avocado:

Avocados are a great source of vitamin E which is very beneficial for healthy skin. All you have to do is peel the avocado and crush it into a paste and apply to the skin for 30 minutes. After treatment, wash and dry the area. This will help clear the skin.

Potato:

Potato has bleaching properties, so it is excellent to clear spots and blemishes and dark skin. Cut potatoes into thin slices and place on the affected area for 30 minutes.

Lemon:

Lemon juice is very acidic and contains high levels of vitamin C, which can fight free radicals and increase the rate of cell turnover. This can help to grow new skin cells to replace the hyperpigmented skin cells. Use lemon juice on the skin up to three times daily. Allow the skin to air dry.
