Oatmeal Pancakes with Apple and Yogurt
Keto Roghni Naan
Ingredients:
- Egg – 2
- Greek yoghurt – 200 gm
- Baking Soda – 6 gm
- Oats flour – 85 gm
- Apple – 2 (150 gm)
- Olive oil – for frying

Method:
- Wash the apples and peel and grate them.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, yogurt, baking soda and flour. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
- Add the apples and mix well.
- Heat up pan, add oil and pour the batter form pancakes as shown in the video.
- Fry the pancakes until they turn golden brown on one side, then flip them over and fry the other side.
- They should be crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
