Then put vermicelli and fry until it is light brown.
Then add khoya and fry for 5 min and take it off the heat.
Take a wok and put the remaining butter, green cardamoms and cloves.
When it gives off an aroma, put almonds and pistachio and fry a bit, then add sugar. When sugar dissolves, add fried vermicelli, milk and saffron or orange food color and mix it well and put on dum until you can see butter on top.
