Prawn Kofta


  1. Prawn: ½ kg
  2. Egg: 4
  3. Coriander: 6 spoon
  4. Clove: 5
  5. Dalchinni( Cinnamon ): 1 piece
  6. Coriander: 1 spoon
  7. Onion: 4
  8. Green chilli: 6
  9. Coriander leaves: ½ bundle
  10. Oil: 100gms
  11. Turmeric: ½ spoon
  12. Salt according to taste


  • Remove the husk of onion, and cut in to small pieces.
  • Break the eggs and have the juice in another vessel, and keep it, cut the green chillies.
  • Put some oil in a pan and roast clove, dalchinni (Cinnamon), and coriander seed, cut the coriander leaves into small pieces.
  • Remove the husk of the prawn and clean it in good water, and put it in the mixer, grinding, green chilli, coriander, onion, egg, grained prawn, and masalas, mix well, add dalchinni, clove with coriander leaves, salt, put it a pan, and keep the pan on the hearth, and heat with oil and masala mixture, and then make them small lemon size balls, and arrange in a plate, and serve.
