How to Make Shahi Malai Boti
Bihari Chicken Malai Boti
Ingredients:
- Chicken Boneless – ½ kg
- Fresh Cream – ½ packet
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1/4 cup
- Lemons – 2
- Green chilies – 4
- Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp
- Onion – 1 cut in rings
Ingredients for bihari masala:
- Roasted Chick pea – 2 tbsp
- Whole red chili – 6
- White cumin – 1 tsp
- Black cumin – 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
- Big cardamom – 2
- Green cardamom – 4
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Fry bhatri masala on skilet and grind.
Method:
- Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil and chicken pieces, fry until chicken turns into light brown and water dries.
- Then add roasted and grinded masala and salt, fry well.
- Then add chopped green chili, lemon juice, fresh coriander and fresh cream, mix well.
- Serve with parathas, onion rings, chopped green chilies and fresh coriander.
