Seekh kabab in Air fryer

Seekh kabab in Air fryer

Today I bring you a very simple and tasty recipe, that of the authentic seekh kebab. A spicy and juicy flavor. Usually cooked in a tandoor oven or over charcoal on a barbecue. In our case, we are going to cook them in an air fryer.
The key to the success of the seekh kebab is in its mix of spices. That being said, don’t worry if you are missing any of the spices listed in the ingredients, because they will also be very tasty.

Before starting with the recipe, remember that you can use the meat that you like the most, even soy protein if you are a vegan/vegetarian. This time I have prepared my seekh kebab with good quality minced beef.

Now let’s go with the ingredients and the step by step method of these delicious and spicy seekh skewers.
