Shami Kabab Pulao

How to Make Fish Pulao: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Rice – 1/2 kg
  2. Boneless chicken – 300 gm
  3. Mint – 1 bunch
  4. Onion – 2
  5. Green chili – 6
  6. Stock – 2 cups
  7. Oil – 1/2 cup
  8. Salt – 1 tsp
  9. Whole masala – 1 tbsp
  10. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  11. Cooked shami kabab

Method:

  • Take a pan, heatup oil and fry onion till golden brown, then add whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste and salt, stir fry.
  • Then add chicken and fry well.
  • Then add stock, green chili whole, soaked rice, mint leaves and water according to rice, cover and let it cook until water dries and rice are tender.
  • Then put on dum for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Then switch off the flame, place shami kabab on top of the rice, cover and leave for 15 minutes on dum to incorporate the flavour of kababs in the rice.
