How to Make Crispy Chicken Wings Broast in Urdu β English
INGREDIENTS:
- Lamb leg β 2 to 2 1/2 kg
- Papaya paste – 2 tbsp
- Brown crushed onion – 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste β 2 tbsp
- Salt β to taste
- Vinegar β ΒΌ cup
- Roasted and crushed cumin seeds β 1 tbsp
- Roasted and crushed dry coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder β 1/2 tbsp
- Yogurt β 1 cup
- Red chilli powder β 2 tbsp
- Orange food color – few drops
- Oil – 1/4 cup

METHOD:
- Take a leg of a lamb, wash it and dry it properly, then make deep cuts.
- Now apply 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chili powder and 1/2 tsp garam masala powder all around on leg and in cuts.
- Now mix papaya paste, brown onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, vinegar, crushed cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garam masala powder, orange food color and red chili powder in yogurt and apply on leg all around, leave for at least 8 hours or overnight in the fridge.
- Now take a pan and add 1/4 cup of oil and put marinated leg along with marination and cook until leg is tender, turn occasionally.
- When itβs done, remove from the gravy and place under the hot grill for 10 to minues just to give it a nice brown colour.
- Then serve with salad, steamed vegetables and zeera rice along with gravy.
