How to Make Tasty Yogurt Salad: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Mince – ½ kg
- Ginger – 1 piece
- Egg – 1
- Green chilies – 2
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Fried onion – 1 cup
- Chili powder – 2 tsp
- Desiccated coconut – 1 tbsp
- All spice powder – ½ tsp
- Mace – ½ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Oil – for fry
- Almond ground – 1 tbsp
- Cream – 1 tbsp

Method:
- In chopper put together mince, green chilies, cloves of garlic, ginger, desiccated coconut, fried onion, all spice powder, mace, chili powder and salt, chop well.
- Now add egg, ground almonds and 1 tbsp cream. Mix well.
- Form into small patties, thread in skewers, grill a little on open flame.
- Then shallow fry each patty till golden brown.
- Dish it out and serve with onion rings and fresh green salad.
