Tomato Soup Recipe
- Ripe tomatoes – 6
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Thinly chopped onion – 2 tbsp
- Ghee or oil – 2 tbsp
- Heat up ghee or oil and fry onion until turn into pink.
- Then add chopped tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add 4 cups of water.
- Cook for 5 minutes and then strain.
- Garnish with black pepper and serve.
