Spicy Seekh Kebabs: English – Urdu Recipe
Spicy Seekh Kebabs
Ingredients:
- Mince – 1 kg
- Fried gram flour – 1 tbsp
- Green chillies – 3
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
- Onion – 1 medium size
- Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
- Fried brown onion – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder – ¼ tsp
- Mace powder – ¼ tsp
- Green cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Method:
- In a grinder, put onion and grind, then add mince, green chillies, salt, fresh coriander, garam masala powder, fried brown onion, red chilli powder, mace powder, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and ginger garlic paste, grind and make smooth paste.
- Now add gram flour and mix well.
- Take out in a bowl and mix with hands. Leave for 30 minutes, then make kebabs and skew on skewers.
- Grill, BBQ, cook on gas burner or fry in frying pan on low heat until done.
