Quick Scrambled Eggs Recipe
Here is a quick scrambled eggs recipe for an English breakfast that is incomplete without scrambled eggs and I’m sure everyone likes eggs for breakfast. But due to time limit most people avoid making that kind of breakfast in the morning, but now Gordon Ramsay made a quick breakfast that’s healthy and a complete meal with mushrooms and vine tomatoes combination.
Quick Scrambled Eggs Recipe
Dr Smith Jhatka Diet (1) for 4 days: in Urdu – English
Ingredients:
- Flat cap mushrooms – 2
- Vine tomatoes (on vine) – 5
- Olive oil – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Crushed black pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Sourdough bread – 1 slice
- Eggs – 3
- Butter – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Fresh cream – 1/2 tbsp
- Chives – 1 tsp thinly chopped

Method:
- Cook mushrooms, tomatoes in olive oil on low heat with salt and pepper.
- Then cut thick slice of sourdough bread and toast.
- Now put eggs in pan, butter (right at the beginning, for a velvety finish), whisk with spatula on heat until thick, on and off the heat.
- Then take off of the heat and add fresh cream, a little bit of salt and a little bit of pepper.
- Then add chives and mix.
- Finally put mushrooms, tomatoes and bread on plate.
- Drizzle the bread with olive oil and pour scrambled eggs on top of the bread and serve this quick breakfast.
